Production Assembler We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Production Assemblers to join our team. In this role, you'll manufacture custom hose assemblies that help keep industries operating safely and efficiently. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and being part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities: Pick components according to customer orders Measure, cut, label, assemble, and crimp hose assemblies Test finished products and document results Perform quality inspections to ensure customer specifications are met Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Assist team members and cross-train in other production areas Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required 1+ year of manufacturing, assembly, or production experience Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic math skills and ability to use a calculator Ability to read a tape measure and use hand tools and measuring devices Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn Forklift experience a plus
Physical Requirements: Stand and walk for extended periods Frequently use hands and tools Bend, reach, and stoop as needed Lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour, based on experience.
