Job Description: Sr Technical System Analyst (Strong SQL / Data Warehouse)
Role Summary: Citius Tech is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst / Business Systems Analyst with strong SQL and healthcare payer domain expertise to support enterprise data and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of healthcare data domains, analytics workflows, and enterprise data platforms while serving as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Responsibilities: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Business Administration, or related discipline.10+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Data Analyst. Prior experience working within a Healthcare Payer environment. Strong understanding of healthcare data domains including Claims, Providers, Members, Clinical, and Operational data. Advanced SQL expertise with experience writing complex joins, CTEs, subqueries, aggregations, and data validation queries. Experience supporting enterprise data warehouses, analytics platforms, or data lake environments. Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and system requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare regulatory requirements. Experience working in Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting healthcare analytics and reporting environments. Exposure to enterprise modernization and data transformation initiatives. Experience working with managed-capacity or shared-services engagement models. Familiarity with healthcare claims processing and operational workflows. Experience collaborating with cross-functional data engineering and analytics teams.
