About the role

THE OPPORTUNITY: We're looking for a creative force who lives and breathes social storytelling — someone who can both execute beautiful content for our Meta channels and build out the affiliate-creator ecosystem that will amplify AKAR's reach. You're a strong editor, a nimble producer who understands that luxury clean beauty deserves content that feels as intentional as the product itself. WHAT YOU'LL OWNSocial Content — Meta (Instagram & Facebook)•   Plan, create, and publish high-quality content across Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook — feed, Reels, and Stories — that reflects AKAR's aesthetic and editorial sensibility.•   Write compelling captions that balance brand voice (botanically grounded, aspirational, clean) with platform-native engagement.•   Own the content calendar and adapt quickly to seasonal moments, product launches, and editorial opportunities.•   Monitor performance metrics and use data to iterate — you know when to experiment and when to double down. Create campaign concepts rooted in AKAR's botanical origin story and ingredient philosophy Affiliate & Creator Platform•   Build and manage AKAR's affiliate-creator program from the ground up — identifying, recruiting, and onboarding micro-influencers whose audiences align with our clean luxury positioning.•   Brief creators with clear, on-brand guidelines while leaving room for authentic expression.•   Track affiliate performance and optimize the program continuously.•   Develop long-term ambassador relationships that evolve into deeper brand partnerships.•   Research emerging platforms and creator trends to keep AKAR ahead of the curve.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Must-Haves•   3+ years of social content experience, with a portfolio that proves strong aesthetic judgment — especially on Instagram.•   Demonstrated ability to shoot, edit, and publish content quickly without sacrificing quality (mobile-first shooting skills a strong plus).•   Hands-on experience building or managing an affiliate or creator program.•   Exceptional writing skills — you can match a brand voice and write captions that actually perform.•   Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving small-team environment.•   Genuine passion for clean beauty, wellness, or sustainability. Nice-to-Haves•   Familiarity with affiliate platforms (LTK, ShareASale, Impact, or similar).•   Experience with Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Canva, and Figma.•   Experience with AI content•   Background in luxury beauty or premium wellness brands.•   Basic video editing skills (Cap Cut, Adobe Rush, or equivalent).•   Interest in botanical, or ingredient-forward beauty storytelling.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
