About the role

Dominium is seeking a Construction Senior Project Manager to lead the Phoenix Regional Office multifamily development from pre-construction through closeout. You will oversee design coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control while serving as the primary liaison among owners, designers, contractors, and internal teams. The role requires 7–10 years of construction management experience, strong communication, and a deep understanding of building codes and Dominium standards.
