Job Type: Full-Time About the Campaign: Bradstock for Congress is building a competitive, grassroots campaign in Pennsylvania's 14th Congressional District, focused on strong voter engagement and a people-powered field operation.
Position Summary: The Field Director will lead the campaign's field program across PA-14, overseeing voter contact efforts including door-to-door canvassing and phone banking. This role will manage volunteer recruitment and county-level organizing while building a scalable, data-driven operation using Vote Builder. The position will be primarily based out of Greensburg or Washington, PA, with travel throughout the district.
Responsibilities: Execute the campaign's field plan through the election Manage canvassing and phone banking programs Recruit and oversee volunteers and local leadership Use Vote Builder for targeting, turf cutting, and tracking Set and hit weekly voter contact goals Report progress to campaign leadership
Qualifications: Campaign or organizing experience required; field leadership preferred Experience with Vote Builder or similar tools Strong organizational and leadership skills Willingness to work nights and weekends Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
