About the role
- A licensed Mental Health Professional or have comparable training and experience in Therapeutic Arts.
- A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
- At least five (5) years of experience working with older adults, with a minimum of three (3) years in a supervisory role.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop your team.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, proficient in both in-person and digital interactions.
- Creative and innovative, with a knack for problem-solving and adapting to the needs of clients and staff.
- May transport clients as part of job responsibilities. Must maintain a valid driver's license and meet the organization's auto insurance requirements.
