Demonstrates strong leadership ability and is highly driven to succeed. Excels at delivering high-quality client relations in a design-focused environment. Strong organizational, time management, technological, and communication skills. Ability and desire to train, coach, develop, and motivate a diverse studio team. Advanced selling skills and ability to support others in achieving sales goals. Ability to manage stress effectively and perform in a high-energy, client-centered environment. Professional appearance and demeanor. Flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation Includes minimum hourly base and (if achieved) Quarterly Bonuses Compensation based on several factors including, but not limited to, experience, store volume, and location
