About the role

To support a growing mortgage servicing team, the full-time Bankruptcy Specialist with Notary License will prepare legal filing documents, manage bankruptcy claims, and ensure compliance with regulations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of bankruptcy cases, ensuring timely communication and updates on claims Prepare and submit bankruptcy claim packages to attorneys for review and approval Respond to inquiries from courts and attorneys, maintaining accurate records and documentation
Required qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, with five years of experience in mortgage foreclosures and at least one year in bankruptcies Notary Public License or ability to obtain within six months of employment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Experience with document retention software preferred
