Do you want to contribute to a company that prides in giving back while providing a supportive and welcoming workplace? We'll teach you how to safely operate a forklift, too. Our packaging team takes great pride in their work and in supporting one another. This role is an active, hands-on role where you'll be on your feet most of the day and lifting up to 60 pounds as needed. The hourly salary range for this position is $22-$28, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. This is a full-time, Monday-Thursday position with four 10-hour shifts. We provide uniforms, steel-toe boots, and additional personal protective equipment such as eyewear and hearing protection to ensure a safe and comfortable work environment. We value a diverse workforce and encourage applications from people of all backgrounds, including those from historically underrepresented communities in craft beer. This position is open to all qualified candidates.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
