About the role

VMG Health seeks an Associate General Counsel to join its Legal Department as a key advisor on transactional and operational matters. This role reports to the General Counsel and will provide practical, risk-balanced legal guidance across contracts, acquisitions, governance, employment law, IP, and insurance.
