About the role
As a Travel Customer Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting travelers from the moment they begin planning to the moment they return home. Your goal is to make each experience smooth and enjoyable by assisting with arrangements, answering questions, managing updates, and helping clients feel confident every step of the way. You'll work closely with travelers to understand their preferences and provide guidance that aligns with their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming inquiries through email, phone, and messaging channels with professionalism. Assist clients with itinerary changes, cancellations, and travel-related questions. Provide accurate and clear destination information, requirements, and documentation guidance. Confirm travel details, follow up on upcoming trips, and gather feedback afterward. Resolve concerns with patience, empathy, and timely communication.
Benefits:
Work fully remote and set a schedule. Access exclusive travel perks and training opportunities. Join a collaborative team that supports ongoing growth and development. Opportunity to build strong relationships in the travel industry.
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication skills, written and verbal. Customer service experience—hospitality or travel preferred but not required. Excellent attention to detail and ability to stay organized. Comfortable learning new digital tools and travel systems. A genuine passion for travel and helping others.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
