Headquartered in Boston, Veolia has more than 10,000 employees working at more than 350 locations across North America.Job DescriptionThis role will support receiving operations, plant office production, and act as a technical resource for the team. The Receiving Coordinator will review inbound waste documents. The Receiving Coordinator ensures that all incoming waste is accurately entered into the inventory tracking system for proper management, disposal, and billing. Utilizing their strong coordination of skills, the Receiving Coordinator will ensure their all waste is in compliance with Clean Earth's policy and applicable local, state, and federal regulations.The Receiving Coordinator will coordinate regularly with Plant supervision to ensure safe, proper, and consistent handling of all inbound waste.InboundReceive waste from service centers, ensuring proper handling and compliance with regulations.Clerical Work; updating operating systems, making copies/scanning, uploading documentsPlant ManagementImplement safety protocols and compliance measures to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory adherence.Performs other related duties and/or project work as required or requested.Work EnvironmentWorking within a plant atmosphere in the office sectionMust be willing and able to abide by Clean Earth's Core Values and Code of Conduct.Starting rate is $23.00 hourlyQualificationsEducation: (BA or BS degree required or preferred)High School Diploma or equivalent required.Experience (Required minimum of years of relevant experience.)1 3 years of office work experience preferred.Skills: Administrative SkillsExperience in administrative tasks and office management.Attention to detail in work tasks and documentation.SystemsBasic proficiency in basic computer skills and software applications preferred.Additional InformationBenefits: Comprehensive benefits package includes paid time off policies, as well as health, dental, vision, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteering and more.
