About the role
Total Life is seeking nurse practitioners to lead longevity days at partner senior living communities in the Auburn, AL - Columbus, GA area. This is an in-person contract role with days on weekdays, training by our CMO, and sign-ups handled by our team.
You will perform longevity visits based on a comprehensive geriatric assessment, coordinate with primary care, document to Medicare standards, and travel between communities as bookings grow. Join us to improve aging care.
