Embroidery Assistant We are a fast-paced, high-volume printing, signs and embroidery shop looking for an Embroidery Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate multi-head industrial embroidery machines. Select proper hoops, stabilizers (backing), and thread colors based on garment type and design requirements. Monitor stitching for thread breaks, birdnesting, or alignment issues; perform "trim and fold" finishing as needed. Perform basic machine maintenance, including oiling and needle changes. Maintain a steady pace to meet daily deadlines in a busy shop environment.
Required Qualifications:
Entry level position. Ability to catch small defects and ensure every piece matches the approved sample. Ability to stand for long shifts and perform repetitive tasks in a production environment.
Compensation:
