Bright, clean, climate-controlled facility Supportive, team-focused work environment Opportunities for advancement and skill development Work with automated, modern press equipment WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Press Operator, you'll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly while ensuring every finished product meets high-quality standards. Start up presses and pull proofs to verify ink coverage, registration, and alignment Read and follow detailed job orders, including stock specifications, colors, and special instructions Adjust ink flow and monitor print quality throughout production Load paper into press cylinders and adjust feed and tension controls Set up and secure printing plates and make size adjustments as needed Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain automated press systems Change press plates, blankets, and cylinders as needed Perform quality checks and make adjustments to keep production on target WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for someone who is mechanically minded, dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn. Previous machine operating experience required Press or printing experience is a big plus! Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen READY FOR YOUR NEXT MOVE?
