The successful candidate will be a key member of the CRO leadership team, with a primary focus on turning technical expertise into sales impact. This role is pivotal in improving win rates, deal progression, and value-based selling, and ensuring that the right pre-sales support is applied to high-priority opportunities. The VP, Global Pre-Sales will be responsible for sales leadership, deal execution, and global pre-sales strategy, and will work closely with regional sales leaders and account executives on strategic pursuits. A strong background in enterprise technology or services, with a proven track record in leading a pre-sales organization, is essential. The role requires a highly commercial mindset, the ability to engage with senior customer stakeholders, and experience in creating and managing global pre-sales models. Candidates for the VP, Global Pre-Sales position at the company should have at least 15 years' of experience in enterprise technology or services, with a significant leadership background in global or multi-region pre-sales. The role demands a leader with a strong commercial focus, capable of balancing technical depth, customer value, deal strategy, and sales urgency. Experience in supporting complex enterprise deals, including mid-six-figure and seven-figure transactions, is a must. The ideal candidate will have executive presence and credibility with senior customer stakeholders and a working knowledge of enterprise environments, particularly in the context of the company's services. The role also requires a leader who is field-oriented, collaborative, and able to simplify technical concepts into business value propositions. The VP, Global Pre-Sales will be measured on their contribution to global sales attainment, and the success of the pre-sales organization in terms of win rates, deal progression, and the development of the global pre-sales leadership team.
