Responsibilities: Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation. Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and telephone inquiries, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Coordinate administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records systems. Assist with the procurement of office supplies and equipment, ensuring inventory levels are adequate. Facilitate communication between departments and support staff in various administrative projects. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict data security protocols.
Requirements: Possess 4 to 5 years of proven experience in an administrative or office support role. Demonstrate proficiency in office management software and standard administrative procedures. Exhibit strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Show attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also managing independent responsibilities.
