Routine Tasks: Provide excellent customer service by offering product knowledge, answering questions, and making personalized suggestions Maintain product freshness through regular rotation and quality checks Restock and rotate displays to ensure visual appeal and freshness Accurately package, label, and price self-service items Cut, trim, and prepare fruits and vegetables for display and packaged sales Receive deliveries, unload trucks, break down pallets, and organize produce in prep areas and walk-in refrigerators Maintain cleanliness of scales, cutting boards, tools, and prep areas in compliance with food safety standards Safely operate produce equipment, including knives, scales, and pallet jacks Assist with other tasks as assigned

Physical & Work EnvironmentA Produce Associate works primarily in the Produce department and the prep/backdoor receiving area. This role involves walking and standing for extended periods, lifting and moving products weighing up to 80 pounds, and working in a fast-paced retail environment. Frequent interaction with customers and fellow team members is an essential part of the role.
