About the role
Seeking a full-time remote Learning Experience Designer specializing in workplace safety, who will develop and enhance engaging training content on OSHA standards and environmental compliance while leveraging AI-powered tools for efficient course creation.
Key responsibilities:
Develop, outline, and QA workplace safety courses across various regulatory topics, ensuring compliance with OSHA and other standards
Stay updated on OSHA and EPA regulations, proactively revising course content as needed to reflect current standards
Translate complex safety regulations into engaging, learner-centered training experiences for diverse audiences
Required qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in creating workplace safety and/or EHS training content
Solid knowledge of OSHA standards and training mandates
Proven ability to create engaging digital training, preferably in an LMS or e-learning format
Experience with AI-powered course authoring tools like Articulate Rise
Familiarity with Generative AI tools for course design and content development
