About the role

Johns Manville is seeking a Production Superintendent to lead a 24/7 manufacturing operation, owning production performance, quality, and safety initiatives. You will develop teams, optimize processes, and partner with plant leadership to drive performance and continuous improvement across the site. You will manage a 100+ hourly workforce plus salaried staff, oversee budgets, and ensure regulatory and quality standards are met while stepping in for Plant Manager when needed.
