About the role

Intermountain Health is seeking a Coding Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the coding department. You will supervise caregivers, address coding questions, and drive QA audits while identifying operational improvements. EPIC PB Resolute experience and CPC/ CCS-P credentials are required. You will monitor Epic coding work queues, manage staffing and productivity, coach staff, and ensure timely charge entry to meet KPIs.
