Are you ready to make a difference?As a Sales Analyst on the Employee Benefits team, you will manage the RFP (proposal) process for new business as well as existing/growing business through your blend of relationship management, customer service, and analytical skills.In addition to RFP management, your ability to build and maintain meaningful, effective relationships will be vital as you collaborate with internal and external customers (Sales Representatives, Brokers, Underwriters, and Employers) to provide the best possible outcome for all parties involved. Join a growing team of experts in the insurance industry, equally devoted to the customer and employee experience!**To be considered for this role you will need to live in the Florida areaEvaluate RFP risks for amendments & new groupsNegotiate pricing, rate competitiveness, and product enhancementsAnalyze all RFP documents for underwriting feasibility, experience evaluation, and proposal accuracyAdminister re-quotes and correctionsManage Salesforce data input, stage updates, document uploads, reports, probability, and pipelineThe Skills & Background You'll NeedEducation: High School Diploma required.
