About the role
Leading the strategy and execution of the Growth, Styling, and Fix & Freestyle Algorithms portfolios, the remote full-time Director of Data Science will drive innovation in machine learning, AI, and product analytics to enhance personalized client experiences and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Product Algorithms portfolio, setting strategy and driving measurable outcomes across various client engagement metrics
Define the vision and roadmap for utilizing data science and AI to improve client experiences and business performance
Drive innovation by evaluating and scaling modern AI and machine learning techniques to create meaningful business impact
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field; advanced degree preferred
10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or product analytics, including 5+ years in leadership roles
Proven success in defining strategy and delivering machine learning or AI capabilities that drive product outcomes
Strong technical fluency in modern machine learning, generative AI, and experimentation methodologies
Experience building cross-functional partnerships with various stakeholders across product and engineering domains
