W.C. Bradley Co. is seeking a Director of Planning & Procurement to own fiber sourcing, indirect and packaging procurement, production planning, and inventory strategy across Domestic Operations. The role covers Hope, AR and Peebles, OH facilities, plus third-party pellet manufacturers, with 25–50% travel. The position can be based in Hope, AR, Peebles, OH, Scottsdale, AZ, or remote. You will partner with senior leaders on OTIF, yield, and supplier performance while building scalable processes
