Specialist, People & Workplace OpsTysons, VAAbout the RoleThe Specialist, People & Workplace Ops is a foundational role for someone early in their career who wants broad exposure, meaningful responsibility, and the chance to learn how a growing business operates from the inside. You'll sit at the center of MEI's employee experience and help build the connective tissue that keeps people connected to one another and to MEI — all while getting direct exposure to talent acquisition, people operations, workplace operations, and executive support.This is a highly visible, high-touch role. You'll be responsible not just for making the day-to-day run exceptionally well, but for anticipating needs, connecting dots, and finding smarter ways to work as MEI grows. It's a strong fit for someone who's equally comfortable executing the details and thinking beyond them — proactive, resourceful, and eager to build a foundation that opens doors to broader responsibilities at MEI over time.NOTE: This is an in-person role based in our Tysons Corner office, with remote coordination supporting our Richmond and Charlottesville offices.
