About the role
Job TitleIn this role, you will support the Emergency Care business by reviewing service reports, identifying and documenting potential product complaints, and ensuring information is accurately captured for regulatory and quality purposes. You'll partner closely with Field Service, Technical Support, and Service Depot teams to gather required information, coordinate product returns, support trending and audits, and reinforce complaint reporting expectations.
What You Will Do:
Review field service reports to determine whether additional investigation or complaint reporting is required.
Enter, assign, and accurately code complaints for tracking and trending purposes.
Partner with Field Service to gather missing information and ask appropriate screening questions.
Support complaint data collection, analysis, and trending activities.
Coordinate product returns associated with complaints or investigations.
Assist with internal audits and provide supporting documentation as needed.
Maintain accurate records and tracking information related to complaints and service reports.
Coach Field Service, Technical Support, and Service Depot teams on complaint reporting requirements and expectations.
What You Need
Required: High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of professional experience
Competency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
Preferred:
- Associate or bachelor's degree
- Experience with Track Wise, SalesForce/Service
- MaxKnowledge of medical device industry$24.82 - $33.58 USD Hourly
