About the role

Job description: Drafting and reviewing sale and purchase, Service Agreements as well as trade finance agreements; Legal support to traders and logistic operations (transactional matters, trade finance, litigation, arbitration, compliance, KYC etc). Litigation / Arbitration: Advising on disputes, preparing and filing proceedings, submissions, etc.. Negotiating and documenting settlements, handling customer claims. Transactional complianceKYC analysis of new customers; Sanctions check CoSecSupport of board meetings, Maintaining share ledger, Corporate housekeeping ProfileSimilar experience of at least 3 years either in a law firm, trading company or in a bank managing commodities Fluent in English and French, Russian is an asset Willing to work in an international environment Strong communications skills Open-minded, positive attitude and capability work in an independent manner English qualified sought but not essential Specific knowledge Strong experience in contract review and contract drafting. Experience of trade finance and corporate finance. Budget: CHF135k / year
