Administrative Assistant The Standard is hiring an Administrative Assistant! The Standard is seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide advanced administrative support to senior leadership. This is a great opportunity to use your communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills while helping our leadership team stay organized and operate efficiently.
Responsibilities: Prepare confidential correspondence and materials, resolve inquiries, coordinate schedules, travel, meetings, and communicate sensitive information with discretion. Manage and track expenses, coordinate results with management, prepare cost allocation and chargeback information for Corporate Accounting. Coordinate activities, information, and communication between internal departments and external parties and assist with special projects and other duties as assigned. Use judgment and initiative to analyze problems and determine approaches. Residence in the United States is a requirement of the role *The ability to work remotely is a requirement of the role. *Experience managing travel, calendars, and expense reports is a requirement of the role. *Skills and Background You'll Need:
Education: A degree is preferred but not required in lieu of relevant background and experience.
Experience: At least 5 years of demonstrated experience providing advanced administrative support to senior-level leadership. Must have experience preparing and managing expense reports. Must have experience coordinating travel and managing calendars and schedules. Must have the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams. Experience using AI tools is preferred. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance. The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.
Salary Range: 25.72 - 34.13 Positions will be posted for at least 5 days from original posting date.
