ADMINISTRATIVE LEGAL ASSISTANTA Global DC law firm is seeking a polished, proactive Administrative Legal Assistant to support a high-performing legal team. This is an opportunity to play a central role in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your organization and attention to detail make a real impact.
Status: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote
Salary: $70,000.00 - $125,000.00 DOE What You’ll DoManage calendars, scheduling, and daily workflow coordination Partner with attorneys and support client communications Prepare, edit, and proofread documents with precision Coordinate travel, expenses, and billing activities Keep operations organized and running efficiently What You BringStrong organizational and multitasking skills Clear, professional communication Exceptional attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office A proactive, reliable, and team-oriented mindset Qualifications Associate’s degree or higher 5+ years of law firm experience required.
