Work Arrangement: Hybrid — This position requires working onsite in Weehawken, NJ 3 days per week, with the remaining work performed remotely.
Employment Type: ContractW-2 Compensation: $45 to 49.24/HrC2C Compensation: $50 to $54.17/hr

Job Description: We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support the administration of Equity Plan Administration (EPA), Record Keeping, Stock Plan Administration, and Financial Reporting. This position requires experience working closely with business stakeholders, product teams, technology teams, and third-party vendors to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.
Position Requirements: The position requires 8–15 years of Business Analysis experience and experience in the following areas: Strong hands-on domain expertise in Equity Plan Administration (EPA), Stock Plan Administration, Record Keeping, Employee Stock Plans, or Equity Compensation platforms. Strong understanding of financial reporting and regulatory reporting related to equity compensation. Excellent requirements gathering, documentation, analysis, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with Oracle and Azure environments. Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to the responsibilities of the role.
Key Responsibilities: The position will be responsible for the following: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Equity Plan Administration and Record Keeping. Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams. Translate complex requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and solution requirements. Support solution design, validation, testing, implementation, and post-delivery activities. Work with technology teams using Oracle, Azure, and modern UI-based platforms. Lead requirements walkthroughs, stakeholder discussions, and solution reviews. Support financial and regulatory reporting requirements related to employee equity compensation. Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting activities. Collaborate with third-party vendors and offshore/global teams to resolve business and technical issues.
Additional Position Requirements: The position also requires and may benefit from experience in the following areas: Knowledge of IFRS 2, ASC 718, RSUs, Stock Options, ESPP, and equity compensation accounting. Experience in Banking, Brokerage, Wealth Management, Capital Markets, or Financial Services. Experience supporting large financial institutions or organizations such as Fidelity, Schwab, BNY Mellon, or similar firms. Experience with large-scale transformation or modernization programs. Experience working with global delivery models, third-party vendors, and offshore development teams.
