About the role
Job Description Summary requirements The Finance Program Group is responsible for the successful delivery of regulatory and cross-product transformational Initiatives as part of our client's transformation.
This role, as a member of the Finance Transformation Office, will provide on-the-ground support to teams to help accelerate critical initiatives and manage one or more critical projects within the Finance PG Initiatives, ensuring that best practices and client standards are utilized to ensure successful delivery in a complex, global environment.
Knowledge, Experience & Skills Minimum 14-18 years’ experience in program management in Capital Markets or Investment Banking.
Strong understanding of project management principles and ability to execute on delivery, with a proven track record.
Ability to lead planning, directing, and coordination of day-to-day activities to deliver key project(s), with a ruthless management of critical path.
Appropriate industry knowledge, including Capital Markets product knowledge is required.
Organized and self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions. Should demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal relationships with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders up to Senior Management.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
