Required Experience & QualificationsC# /.NET Framework /.NET Core/Visual Basic – Strong proficiency in C# language and runtimeWPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) – XAML, data binding, MVVM pattern, custom controls Win Forms – Legacy UI maintenance and modernizationMVVM / MVC design patterns – Clean separation of concerns in UI architecture Multithreading & async programming – Task-based async, UI thread management Nice to Have:AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Kiro, Copilot, or equivalent).Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs)• Demonstrated ability to work independently with limited supervision while partnering effectively with business, technology, and delivery teams.• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to translate technical, functional, and control concepts for mixed stakeholder audiences.• Knowledge and experience in Agile delivery methods, iterative testing, disciplined documentation, and continuous improvement practices.• Experience designing or implementing enterprise applications, cloud services, integrations, data solutions, automation, or ERP-related platform capabilities.• Strong practical ability to translate business responsibilities into maintainable job roles, data roles, privilege structures, access request catalogs, and SoD remediation evidence.• Experience with identity lifecycle processes, cloud security, auditing/reporting, automation-minded access validation, and release regression practices is strongly preferred
