About the role

Vitul is building a sexy life assistant, a screenless titanium bracelet with health sensing and an AI companion built in. We have an early prototype, pre-orders are already live, and we’re heading into our first manufacturing builds. I’m looking for a killer. Someone who wants to build something from the ground up and is all in on a startup. I care a lot less about your resume than about how you work. If you have a year or two of real experience, that’s enough. Most of all, you need to genuinely care about what we’re making. I want someone who gets excited about a piece of jewelry that understands your body and helps you live better, and who wants to be the person who makes it real. If that idea doesn’t light you up, this isn’t the role for you. Let me be straight about what this is. It’s a startup, and it’s going to take real effort and real time. You’ll own what you build, start to finish. The quality of your work matters, but your work ethic matters even more. You don’t need to be the smartest person in the room. You need to be hungry, the kind of person who runs into a wall and finds a way through it.
What you’ll be doing:
  • Working alongside our hardware lead and manufacturing partner to take the bracelet from prototype to production
  • Building the firmware that runs the sensors, Bluetooth, battery, and updates
  • Working hand in hand with our manufacturer overseas, including time on the factory floor
  • Getting serious battery life out of a tiny sealed device
  • Helping drive it through certification and testing
You’ll get a salary and meaningful founding equity, with full-time comp starting when our round closes. The role is in person, in SF for the first few months and then NYC.If this sounds like you, DM me with something you’ve built.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
