About the role

Position Overview: Light Environmental is seeking a reliable and organized Remote Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and operational support. This role will assist with managing records, coordinating communications, maintaining schedules, preparing documents, and ensuring administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: Manage emails, correspondence, and routine administrative communications. Maintain and organize digital files, records, and company documents. Enter, update, and verify information in internal databases and spreadsheets. Schedule meetings, appointments, and other business activities. Prepare reports, documents, presentations, and administrative materials. Assist with data entry, document processing, and general office administration. Respond to internal and external inquiries professionally and promptly. Track deadlines, follow-ups, and assigned administrative tasks. Coordinate information between departments and team members. Maintain confidentiality of company and client information. Support management and other departments with administrative projects as needed. Perform other related duties to support efficient business operations.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Previous administrative, office support, or data-entry experience preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote environment. Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace. Professional, dependable, and self-motivated approach to work.
