Job Description: Warehouse & Delivery Support Associate Salary Range $18-$22
Job Summary: We’re a small, fast-moving team in the building materials industry looking for someone who thrives wearing many hats. One day you might be unloading a shipment with a forklift, the next delivering millwork to a job site, organizing inventory, or helping in the shop.
Job Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 1–2 years experience in warehouse, construction, or delivery roles Valid Florida driver’s license (Class B preferred but not required)Forklift experience (certification is a plus, but we can train)Able to lift 100+ lbs, operate safely, and work outdoors as needed Good communication and teamwork skills
Core Responsibilities: Drive company delivery trucks (non-CDL)Load and unload inbound/outbound materials using forklifts and other equipment Stage, stock, label, and rotate inventory Pull and prepare materials for daily delivery routes Receive and inspect shipments Assist in order fulfillment and material preparation Keep the warehouse, yard, and vehicles organized and clean Perform routine inspections and light maintenance on vehicles and equipment Accurately record shipments and deliveries on physical or digital logs Maintain safety protocols and a professional demeanor on job sites and at the shop Bonus Skills (Valued but not Required)OSHA Forklift Certification or equivalent trainingOSHA 10 Safety Training Experience with custom millwork or building materials Experience working on construction sites Basic mechanical or tool knowledge
