Senior Retail Specialist / Keyholder (Lancaster)

What You'll Do: As a Senior Retail Associate, you'll help lead store operations and elevate the authentic Soccer Post customer experience. Working closely with your Store Manager, you'll be a hands-on leader who keeps the store running smoothly, motivates the team, and ensures every customer leaves happy. You will: Lead by example and live the values that define the Soccer Post brand Support daily store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching new team members Coach staff on customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques Help drive sales strategies to meet—or beat—store goals Manage inventory, merchandising, and stock replenishment Assist with scheduling to ensure proper coverage during peak hours and events Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and positivity Address team performance issues according to company guidelines Stay informed about upcoming product launches and promotions Partner with store leadership on marketing and promotional activities Support team orders, special orders, and community-focused initiatives Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and visually appealing store environment Jump in wherever you're needed—because you're a true team player What You Bring Prior retail sales experience with keyholder and supervisory responsibilities A natural leadership style that inspires confidence and motivates teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make decisions under pressure Understanding of store budgets or willingness to learn Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office A customer-first mindset and a passion for community engagement Bilingual Spanish/English preferred Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Occasional desk and computer work Full benefits available for full-time employees Ready to lead, grow, and help shape the future of Soccer Post?
