About the role

Vice President of Operations We are looking for an experienced Vice President of Operations to help manage and improve the day-to-day operations of an established organization with a significant national presence. This role is for someone who knows how to build efficient processes, manage teams, solve problems, and make sure things get done. We want a proven operator who is organized, decisive, and comfortable working across multiple departments while keeping people focused, accountable, and moving toward the same goals.
What You'll Do: Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple departments and functions Develop and improve processes, systems, and workflows Establish clear priorities, responsibilities, and performance expectations Monitor operational performance and identify areas that need improvement Develop reporting and KPIs to measure results across the organization Work with department leaders to improve productivity and accountability Identify operational problems and take ownership of getting them resolved Improve communication and coordination between teams Manage key projects and initiatives from planning through completion Evaluate vendors, systems, and resources to improve efficiency Work directly with senior leadership on operational priorities and company initiatives Help build the operational structure needed to support continued growth
What We're Looking For: Proven experience in operations, management, or a similar leadership roleA track record of improving processes and business performance Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience managing teams, projects, and competing priorities Experience developing processes, KPIs, reporting, and accountability systems Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Comfortable working across departments and with senior leadership Ability to identify problems and follow through until they are resolved Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and accountable for results
