In this role, you will partner with Site Technology Leaders, subject matter experts, IT teams, third-party vendors, and business partners to translate business outcomes into clear scope, coordinate delivery across workstreams, and help ensure successful project execution from intake through closeout.This role is based at our Atlanta, GA HQ located on Peachtree St. The expectation is 3 days in the office per week (hybrid).Our TeamThe SMACDE Team serves as the service owner for GP facility and M&A transaction projects across segments and divisions. The team works in a fast-moving, highly confidential environment and partners across GPIT, business teams, capability teams, and delivery partners to enable effective project delivery and long-term manufacturing success.What You Will DoCommunicate with project stakeholders to align scope, deliverables, timelines, risks, and business impact, including translating IT topics into business language for senior leadersReview and validate solution designs, drive workstreams to completion, and challenge standards when appropriate to improve project outcomesIdentify and implement opportunities to streamline delivery across the GPIT project landscapeCreate and maintain project documentation, team documentation, playbooks, and templates that support consistent executionCollaborate with team members and leadership to challenge and improve team strategies in alignment with overall IT valueProvide day-to-day leadership for project team members, including coaching, addressing delivery gaps, and enabling accountability across the teamIdentify, mitigate, and escalate risks, remove obstacles, and drive timely decisions throughout the project lifecycleAlign engineering teams and third-party vendors to IT outcomes, standards, and delivery commitmentsWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Experience communicating with senior or executive-level business leadersExperience managing multiple IT infrastructure, systems, manufacturing, construction, or facility-related projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environmentExperience translating business outcomes into IT requirements, project scope, deliverables, risks, and milestonesExperience creating or maintaining project documentation, team documentation, playbooks, templates, procurement items, financials, or other administrative project deliverablesWilling and able to travel approximately 25%, with occasional travel up to 50%, and support occasional night or weekend project needsMust have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorshipWhat Will Put You AheadExperience leading on-site project teams and third-party vendorsExperience supporting M&A transactions, greenfield projects, facility startups, facility closures, curtailments, divestitures, or expansionsExperience using Enterprise Work Management tools or demand management processesExperience supporting remote manufacturing, sales office, or warehouse facilitiesExperience with a broad range of IT infrastructure, technology platforms, and systemsAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
