About the role

Bierman Autism Centers invites a Clinical Director to lead clinical operations at our New Jersey center. You’ll coach BCBAs, oversee case reviews, and guide families through tours, assessments, and onboarding, all while driving outcomes and maintaining compassionate, play-based care for children ages 2–9. You will shape a positive, team-first culture in partnership with the Practice Manager, fostering professional growth and ongoing excellence in a collaborative, research-driven environment.
