  • Good with tools? Enjoy fixing cars, maintaining equipment, or figuring out how things work? This is your opportunity to turn hands-on mechanical ability into a career in aerospace - aerospace experience a plus but not required.
  • We’re looking for motivated, mechanically inclined people who are eager to learn, take initiative, and grow. Whether you’ve worked as an auto mechanic, handled maintenance, or spent years working on the family car, your experience could be the starting point.
  • Learn to work on aircraft seating, develop specialized skills, and—once trained—travel to assignments across the U.S. and internationally.
  • What you’ll bring
  • Hands-on mechanical experience through employment or substantial personal projects—such as automotive repair, maintenance work, equipment repair, or working on family vehicles.
  • Confidence using hand tools and an interest in troubleshooting mechanical problems.
  • A willingness to learn, follow instructions, ask questions, and apply feedback.
  • Dependability, initiative, and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to safe work practices and quality workmanship.
  • Availability to work 2nd Shift 4:00 p.m.–12:30 a.m.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally once trained.
