We’re looking for a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day work that keeps our inventory organized, our orders moving, and our customers happy. This is a hands-on role suited to someone at the beginning of their operations career. We’re also open to applicants with more experience who enjoy working closely with a growing brand and taking ownership of essential processes.Roles & ResponsibilitiesOrder Fulfillment & Shipping Prepare, pack, and ship direct-to-consumer orders accurately and on time Create shipping labels and maintain organized shipment records Monitor outgoing orders and help resolve shipping or delivery issues Ensure each order is packaged according to LuvMyJewelry’s quality standards Inventory & Merchandise Tag and organize new merchandise Log new purchases and incoming inventory accurately Update product and inventory records across internal systems Help reconcile physical inventory against system records Maintain an organized and efficient merchandise workspace Assist with periodic inventory counts and identify discrepancies Returns & Customer Support Receive, inspect, and process product returns and exchanges Respond to direct-to-consumer customer questions in a timely, thoughtful, and professional manner Help customers with order status, shipping, returns, exchanges, and general product questions Escalate unusual customer or order issues when needed Maintain accurate records of customer requests and resolutions Operations Support Build and maintain Excel spreadsheets for inventory, purchasing, orders, and other operational needs Learn and confidently use the company’s inventory and order-management systems Identify opportunities to improve organization and day-to-day workflows Provide general operational and administrative support as the business growsWhat We're Looking ForStrong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Very comfortable working in Microsoft Excel, including organizing, sorting, filtering, and maintaining data Comfortable learning new inventory, shipping, and order-management systems Organized and able to manage several tasks and priorities at once Clear, polished written communication skills Patient and helpful when working with customers Dependable, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of recurring tasks Able to handle fine jewelry carefully and responsibly Previous experience in retail, e-commerce, operations, fulfillment, inventory, or customer service is helpful but not requiredWhy Join LuvMyJewelryGain hands-on experience across e-commerce operations, inventory, fulfillment, and customer experience Work closely with a family-owned fine jewelry brand Develop transferable operations and inventory-management skills Take ownership of meaningful work and help improve processes as the company growsHow To ApplyPlease submit your resume along with a brief note explaining why you’re interested in LuvMyJewelry and any relevant experience with Excel, inventory, shipping, e-commerce, retail, or customer service.
