Remote Outbound Call Associate Are you a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for driven, reliable Outbound Call Associates to join our team. In this full-time role, you will conduct outbound phone calls to connect with individuals, gather essential information, and assist with coordinationall from the comfort of your home. (Note: This is an administrative support role, not a sales position.)Conduct outbound calls (expected target of 80 calls per day)Communicate effectively and professionally while gathering or confirming required details. Enter and update record details accurately into the system during and after calls. Maintain confidentiality, focus, and a professional demeanor on every call. Because this is a fully remote position, candidates must own and operate a personal computer setup that meets or exceeds the following technical specifications: Operating System: Windows 11 required Processor: Intel i 5 (2.5 GHz or higher) OR Intel i 7 (2.0 GHz or higher)RAM: 8 GB minimum Monitor: 15-inch screen or larger Internet Speed: Dedicated high-speed internet with minimum speeds of 50 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or administrative phone work preferred. Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities. Self-motivated with strong time-management skills in a remote work setting. Pre-Employment Screening: Candidates must successfully pass a full background check and drug screen prior to start. Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $14.00 - $14.00 Per Hour
