About the role

Leading a team of compensation operations professionals, the full-time salaried Sales Compensation Operations Director will manage the end-to-end operational processes for crediting, quota assignments, and commission calculations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in a collaborative environment. Key responsibilities Oversee the monthly and quarterly commission cycle, ensuring accurate implementation of comp plan policies Implement and operationalize crediting rules and processes, including quota issuance and adjustments Manage data pipelines and maintain data quality for commissionable crediting data across various systems Required qualifications 12+ years of experience in Sales Compensation Operations or related fields 5+ years of experience in people leadership, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams Expertise in administering sales compensation platforms, preferably Pigment, and strong familiarity with Salesforce Strong understanding of ETL pipelines and data flows between CRM and financial systems Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL, with strong analytical capabilities
