Outside Sales Representatives We're looking for ambitious, motivated Outside Sales Representatives who are ready to build a successful career in sales while helping homeowners protect and improve their homes. And we provide the opportunities. As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll receive 3 warm, vetted leads every day. These aren't cold calls or door knocking. Our marketing team generates and qualifies the opportunities, and you'll meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest in improving their homes. You'll run your appointments directly from home in a company-provided vehicle, giving you the flexibility and independence to manage your territory while being supported by a strong team behind you. When you arrive at the homeowner's property, you'll inspect the home, including entering the attic and walking the roof, take detailed photos, and complete our comprehensive 21-Point Roof Inspection. You'll then use your findings to educate the homeowner, present the recommended solutions, and guide them through the process of making a confident purchasing decision. This is a full-service exterior sales position, with opportunities to sell projects including: Roofing Insulation Windows Siding Gutters$5,000 Sign-On Bonus This position includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid as:$1,000 after successful completion of 3-week training$4,000 after 90 days of employment
