About the role
Coordinating client projects from estimation to completion, the full-time Lead Client Coordinator will serve as the main contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
Coordinate client-specific projects throughout their lifecycle, including estimation, resource assignment, and invoicing
Attend client meetings to discuss production processes, timelines, and project issues
Translate client requests into detailed instructions for production teams while maintaining strong client relationships
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
5+ years of previous project coordination experience
High proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications
Strong analytical and project management skills
Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with clients and team members
