About the role

QTS Realty Trust is seeking an Asset Manager to own a designated portfolio of data center assets and deliver asset-level insights. You will model assets, support financing initiatives, and coordinate with Development, Operations, and Accounting to track capital spend and operating metrics across regions. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in finance/real estate, asset management experience, and strong knowledge of real estate operations, budgeting, and reporting. Travel may be required.
