About the role

Managing post-award financial functions for a diverse portfolio, the full-time Grants Financial Analyst will collaborate with Principal Investigators and program staff to ensure accurate budgeting, expenditures, and financial reporting in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Oversee all income, contract, donor, and grant accounts, including managing budgets and authorizing expenses Serve as the primary contact for post-award issues, assisting with reimbursements, purchases, and budget analysis Track and reconcile accounts, ensuring all financial records are up to date and compliant with policies Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of experience in financial or grant administration Experience in budget management, preferably within healthcare or non-profit sectors Knowledge of federal and non-federal grants and Grants Administration policies Proficiency in standard office software, particularly MS Word and Excel Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
