About the role

To elevate the voice of customers across the cybersecurity landscape, the full-time remote Customer Advocacy Manager will build, manage, and scale a global customer advocacy program while transforming customer success into compelling storytelling that drives pipeline growth and strengthens brand credibility. Key responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the global customer advocacy program, including strategy, coordination, and execution Align with product business line leaders on overall customer story themes and focus areas Conduct customer interviews and collaborate with product marketing to translate customer stories into various marketing assets Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience 5-8 years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or reference programs, preferably in cybersecurity Strong written and verbal communication skills to create high-impact marketing assets Proven ability to build rapport and collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers Experience using Salesforce and reference tracking tools
