Managing bankruptcy-related accounts remotely, the full-time Bankruptcy Support Specialist will ensure compliance with federal and state laws, coordinate with stakeholders, and provide accurate reporting to protect company assets and minimize losses. Key responsibilities Review and manage accounts involved in bankruptcy proceedings, including conducting research and processing customer requests Prepare and file bankruptcy and legal-related documentation while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards Serve as the primary liaison with courts, trustees, and legal representatives, staying updated on bankruptcy laws and best practices Required qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent 2 years of experience in bankruptcy, loan servicing, collections, or a related field Proficiency in loan servicing or case management software Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet software
