About the role

The Treetop ABA Therapy in Maryland is seeking a Hybrid BCBA to join our growing team. This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000–$100,000 and a hybrid schedule in-home plus remote hours, with strong clinical support and leadership. You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, conduct assessments, supervise RBTs, partner with families, and ensure documentation and ethical standards.
